COVID-19 & Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, dispute resolution and most legal proceedings are now conducted exclusively online. Recently, I completed my certification in Online Dispute Resolution through the ADR Institute of Canada and gained a wealth of knowledge of how to effectively conduct mediation through an online platform. Through the use of ZOOM technology, I offer my clients a safe and convenient video conferencing platform from which to participate in mediation.
